Privacy Policy
Last updated July 2026
Sellzity is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and services.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email, company, and any details you share when contacting us or booking a consultation.
Optional usage data (such as device and browser information, page interactions, heatmaps, and session recordings) is collected only after you accept optional analytics. If you do not accept, this data is not collected.
How we use information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, provide and improve our services, and communicate relevant updates.
We do not sell your personal information. Our platform is designed so that your proprietary data is not used to train shared models.
Analytics and cookies
We use optional, privacy-conscious analytics to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it. These may include Google Analytics 4, Vercel Analytics, and Vercel Speed Insights (traffic, performance, and which pages and calls-to-action are useful), and Microsoft Clarity, which provides heatmaps and privacy-masked session recordings to help us identify usability and navigation problems.
Optional analytics only load after you choose "Accept analytics" in our consent banner. Before you choose, and if you reject non-essential cookies, these tools are not loaded and no analytics network requests are made. You can change or revoke your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the site footer; revoking asks the providers to stop, removes known first-party analytics cookies, and reloads the page so no analytics remain active.
Microsoft Clarity runs only on our public marketing pages. It is never enabled on the dashboard, sign-in, password-reset, unsubscribe, billing, client, or other authenticated areas, and it is never used on pages that handle payments, AI Lead Analyst input or output, or tax and client information. When Clarity is enabled we deny advertising storage and grant only analytics storage.
We add explicit masking to our contact, consultation, and newsletter forms — including field values, error messages, submission confirmations, and reference numbers — so visitor-entered content is masked in Clarity recordings as a defense-in-depth measure on top of Clarity’s own input masking. We do not use Clarity’s identify feature, custom visitor IDs, custom tags, or custom events, and we do not send the contents of your form submissions to Clarity.
Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie (sellzity_consent_v2) that contains only your preference and no personal information.
We do not intentionally send the contents of your form submissions or direct identifiers — such as your name, email, phone number, company, message, reference number, or account identifiers — to analytics providers. Analytics events are limited to non-identifying information such as the page path and which call-to-action or form type was used.
Data security
We are building around isolated environments, encryption in transit and at rest, and least-privilege access controls. System actions are designed to be logged and reviewable as integrations are connected.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.
