Engagements
Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for any AI employee development or services engagement are defined in a separate agreement or statement of work.
Intellectual property
Sellzity retains rights to its platform and underlying technology. You retain rights to your data and any custom software delivered as specified in your agreement.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other’s confidential information and use it only for the purposes of the engagement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sellzity is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the services.
